French Raisin Toast
- 2 PureBred Raisin Toast slices
- 1 bananas, thinly sliced
- 80ml (1/3 cup) milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Combine 80ml (1/3 cup) milk, 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence in a bowl. Cut 4 thick slices of PureBred Raisin Toast into quarters.
Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until foaming. Dip 4 bread pieces, 1 at a time, in the egg mixture. Cook for 45 seconds each side or until golden. Divide among four serving bowls. Repeat with more butter and the remaining bread pieces and egg mixture.
Divide 2 bananas, thinly sliced, among the bowls. Drizzle 1 tsp maple syrup over each bowl and serve immediately.
