INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz Promise Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf breadcrumbs
  • 2 lb cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets and blanched
  • 8 oz grated mature cheddar
  • 2 fl oz milk
  • 8 fl oz cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
STEPS

STEP 1.Pre-heat the oven to 485 F. Put the cauliflower, half the cheese, the milk and cream into a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 2.Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.

STEP 3.Mix the remaining cheese, sage, breadcrumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.

STEP 4.Place on a baking tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

STEP 5.Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden.

STEP 6.Serve.
