Preparation, Make 2 servings
- 4 slices of Promise Gluten Free Rustic White
- 2 large free range eggs
- 5 fl oz milk
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for frying
- Maple syrup
- Fruit of choice
- 2 oz Greek or coconut yoghurt
STEP 1.Whisk together the eggs, milk, and pinch of salt in a baking dish.
STEP 2.Dip the slices of bread both sides into the egg mixture.
STEP 3.Meanwhile heat a frying pan and melt the butter until its foaming. Fry the bread, in batches, on each side until golden.
STEP 4.Serve drizzled with maple syrup with the fruit and yoghurt.
